Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the service you choose at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping or pick-up? (Canadian residents only)

Unfortunately, we no longer offer free delivery due to rising cases of COVID, especially in our local GTA. Good news is we still offer free pick-up. Free pick-up around Guelph. Details will be emailed to you when ready.

Do I have to pay for taxes or custom duties?

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page. For international shipments we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Sestra Collective is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or custom delays.

What should I do if I put the wrong shipping address?

Please always make sure that you have entered the right shipping address. You will be required to pay shipping the second time in order for us to re-ship your package. If you think that you have made a mistake in entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can always update the shipping address only if your package has not been shipped.

Size & Fit

How do I know what size to choose?

We recognize that every pup is different and has a unique size. We recommend measuring your dog’s neck before selecting a size. XS - Up to 12" S - Up to 15" M - Up to 20" L - Up to 28" If unsure, please feel free to reach out to us sestracollectivebyrc@gmail.com.

Do you offer sizes for small pets?

We do! Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing.


How to care for your bandanas?

Most of our products are machine washable but we recommend hand-washing with like colours or spot clean to keep them looking new for as long as possible. Iron gently as needed.

Are your bandanas 100% cotton?

Yes! We take pride in sourcing only the finest quality cotton and ensuring that our products are made high quality materials with an extra dose of love.


Handcrafted products

All of our products are handmade so they may vary slightly. This includes the colour, pattern placement, design, shape and size. That makes our bandanas unique! Despite every effort to accurately represent each product’s color/texture, variance may occur due to differences in computer monitor/mobile device settings. !!Sestra Collective is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.!!


Please note that our products are not toys. Never leave your pet unattended with any of our products. Always supervise pet closely while wearing their Sestra Collective bandanas. Our products contain very small pieces, which could pose a choking hazard. This includes but is not limited to beads, crystals, sequins, cord etc. While our products are created with safety and longevity in mind, no Sestra Collective accessories is unbreakable and these small components are considered a choking hazard. Make sure you take off all Sestra accessories while your pet is bathing, and napping. By purchasing from Sestra Collective, you acknowledge full responsibility and agree all items set forth. Sestra Collective assumes no liability for injury, medical issues, or death resulting from product misuse. Supervision is required. Buyer assumes all responsibility. Your pet's safety is our number one priority at Sestra Collective. Do not allow your pets to place this item in his/her mouth at any time. Our products are not toys. No pet should ever be left unattended with any of these items, as small parts may become loose & pose a choking hazard. Our products should always be removed during naps & at bedtime. Our cord from our bandana can be a strangulation hazard. Always supervise your pet while they’re wearing their ‘Sestra Collective’ Accessories.


Can I use more than one discount code?

Unfortunately, you can only use one as our codes aren't stackable.
